A succulent full English breakfast is available every morning at Ashfield Guesthouse. It is served at individual tables in the nautical theme dining room. It consists of juice, choice of cereals, bacon, eggs, sausages, tomato, hash brown, baked beans and toasts. This breakfast is served with fresh tea or coffee. Ashfield is recommended for its good home cooked food. Children breakfast and vegetarian options are available on request at booking.

Many activities can be practiced in the area surrounding the hotel. The Devon features wonderful beaches, a magnificent coastline and a busy harbour. Lots of attractions and events are hold in this area. Amongst other places of interest, Dartmoor, Exeter, Plymouth, Dartmouth and Totnes can be reached easily from the guesthouse.

Sports activities such as scuba diving, horse riding, tennis, golf and fishing can be practised nearby. For the youngest, there is a multiplex cinema, a water park and a zoo.
